Can the products be used or are they exclusively for decor?
We get asked this very often, hence thought it was crucial to let our customers know that you can confidently use what you order, provided you follow the care instructions included in your order. If that's done, there's nothing else you should worry about. Oh and enjoy your order! :)

What is the duration of the order processing time?
Usually we dispatch your order within 3-5 working days after the order confirmation. At times, there could be a delay depending on the availability of the product. You will be kept informed at all times.

How do I make an exchange?
We exchange only if the product is found defective and there is sufficient visual proof to support the claim. The customer has to notify us through whatsapp or mail us on bottlestrokes@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. After verifying all the details, we will approve the exchange. The customer has to then return the product within 48 hours after receiving a confirmation from us. However, we go through a detailed quality check before dispatching our product to ensure that we do not face exchange issues.
